Once packages are dropped off at post office, we no longer have control, please contact USPS for further details once you receive tracking number.

SHIPPING

Processing takes up 10 working business days not including the day you ordered. This includes bundles and wigs. We also have hair on hand.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will receive a tracking email. After receiving the tracking email, tracking activity will become available after 24 hours.

If you are ordering hair for your appointment be sure to place order 7 working business days prior to your appointment.
